Job summary

Northwell Health in Manhasset, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients under physician direction and to support a range of clinical services. You will administer medications, observe and document patients' status throughout treatment, and participate in back office duties including telephone triage when needed.

This role requires NY LPN licensure and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or Nursing Vocational/Technical school.
• Current NY license to practice as a Practical Nurse, plus specialized certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in support of the physician.

• Observe, conduct, and document thorough assessment of patient's medical status.
• Perform back office duties and rotate as telephone triage nurse as needed.

Job Qualification
