Job summary

Skyview Springs Rehab. and Nursing Center in Luray, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time and part-time Day, Evening, and Night shifts. Earn $29.00 to $31.17 per hour with shift differentials and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Access to Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are available.

Candidates must hold a Virginia LPN license and CPR/BLS certification; new grads welcome. Benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and daily activities.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all policies and laws.
• Record and review patient histories, charts, and vitals as required.
• Coach staff and support team as necessary.

Shift Availability

We offer full time and part-time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $29.00 to $31.17 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff, as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Compensation will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies.
