Job summary

Eastway Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an LPN to deliver compassionate nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

The role offers flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with day and night 12-hour shifts, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. New graduates welcome and mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kentucky is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and changes in health status.
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support residents with activities of daily living as appropriate.
• Help create a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and coworkers.

Position Summary

Preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotating schedule (every other weekend required)
