New Castle Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in New Castle, KY. This full-time role offers all shifts with a competitive pay rate and shift differential.

You will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, assist with daily care, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a mission-driven facility.
