Job summary

Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct bedside care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and resident conditions, document accurately in electronic records, and coordinate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to support individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
