Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. The role offers Day, Evening, Night shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options to fit your schedule.

You will administer medications, document care, and collaborate with a care team to implement individualized plans, ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice (Tennessee).
• Recent graduates welcome.
• Experience in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Proficient with EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
