Legacy Healthcare Financial Services LLC is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Avantara Lake Norden team. Work 12–24 hours per week with flexible scheduling and day/night options, ensuring compassionate resident care.

You will deliver high-quality nursing services, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and educate families on post-discharge care. LPN license and BLS/CPR are required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
