Job summary

Legacy Healthcare's Avantara Lake Norden in South Dakota is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse. This position offers 12–24 hours per week with Days / Nights or Flexible Scheduling to support resident care in our state-licensed facility.

You will provide high-quality, compassionate care, monitor residents, administer medications, and educate families on post-discharge care. Active SD LPN license and current BLS/CPR required. New grads welcome. Competitive pay and benefits.
