Avantara Lake Norden is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. You will provide high-quality care to residents, deliver medications, monitor conditions, and help with post-discharge education, all while maintaining a schedule that fits your life.

We offer flexible shifts (days, nights, or both), competitive hourly pay between $29 and $36 plus shift differentials, and pro-rated benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents per care plans.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions.
