Job summary
Quality Talent Group is helping a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers recruit Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the New York area. The role offers day, evening, and night shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, plus competitive benefits in state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
