Wexford Health Sources, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse at Anthony Correctional Center in White Sulphur Springs, WV. The role offers day, evening, and night shifts with every other weekend, plus PRN opportunities.

You’ll administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with RNs and providers to deliver compassionate care in a correctional setting. Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, have 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred), CPR

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM + Every other weekend
• 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM + Every other weekend
• PRN / As Needed

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
