Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Idaho Falls, ID to provide skilled, one-on-one in-home nursing care. You will develop and follow individualized care plans while documenting patient care and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold an Idaho LPN license and CPR certification; home health experience is a plus. A driving license with insured vehicle is required for travel to patients' homes.

Qualifications

As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$3.00/hr shift differential for nights and weekends
