Job summary

Martin Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role in Hobe Sound, Florida. You will provide nursing care, medications, and treatments, following doctors' orders and communicating with the care team.

You will act as charge nurse on shift, supervising staff and coordinating resident care. This role requires a Florida LPN license, flexibility for 3/11 or 11p-7a shifts, and a clear AHCA background check.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN License or multistate compact license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3/11 shift and 11p-7a shift availability.
• Must have a clear level two background screening through AHCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
• Develop and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Respond to nurse aide reporting changes, vitals, and showering assignments.
