Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN to join our medical office team. You will deliver patient care across infancy to geriatrics under clinician guidance, and help maintain a smooth clinical flow.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of general patient care, current CPR preferred, and familiarity with medical office systems. A compact state license or Virginia license is noted.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program.
• Licensed by the Virginia State Board or a compact state license.
• At least 2 years of general patient care experience as LPN/RN.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in telephone triage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across all ages (infancy to geriatrics) as directed by the clinician.
• Maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies and assist in equipment selection.
• Perform nursing procedures per Nursing Procedure Manual and guidelines.
• Support quality assurance and patient-centered care initiatives.
• Assist in efficient flow of patients and clinic operations.
• Participate in continuing education and team-based care.
