Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates for a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. This role offers Full-time, Part-time, or PRN schedules with Day, Evening, Night shifts and options to fit your lifestyle.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, document care, and support care plan implementation in long-term care settings. New grads welcome, with care for patient comfort and safety a top priority.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
