Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, Florence, AL, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. You will administer medications, assist with diagnostics, and monitor residents’ conditions in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Alabama LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Competitive hourly pay and shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in Alabama.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting is a plus.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Administers and records medications and treatments
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama
• CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
