Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Florence, AL is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. This full-time position offers 7p-7a shifts (Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun) with a $3.75 shift differential and options for additional 7p-7p shifts or PRN coverage.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, assist with diagnostic procedures, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid LPN license in Alabama
• CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Job Responsibilities:
