Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg is hiring an LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse in Fredericksburg, VA. The role supports residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, with 11p-7a shifts in FT and PT positions. Starting pay is $27-$28 per hour, with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care and teamwork.

The LPN will perform assessments, care planning support, medication management, clinical documentation, and collaborate with families and physicians to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents.

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.

• Assist with compliance, infection control, and quality assurance processes.
• Support and mentor caregiving staff as needed.

Position Summary

The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in supporting the health, wellness, and quality of life of residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.

This position is responsible for resident assessments, care planning support, medication and treatment management, clinical documentation, and ongoing communication with residents, families, physicians, and caregiving teams.
