Job summary

Merakey AVS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our IDD team in Crafton, PA. The role involves supporting adults with disabilities and providing care in a 45–50 bed facility. Schedule includes rotating weeknights 6:30 PM–7:00 AM and shift premiums apply.

The ideal candidate holds a PA LPN license, has up to one year of experience, and demonstrates genuine interest in helping individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. A PA driver's license may be required.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our IDD team in ourCrafton, PAlocation.

Schedule:3 weeknights 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM rotating M-F

• Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  + $4.00 per hour
• Friday | 2:30 PM – 6:00 AM
  + $4.00 per hour
• Saturday 6:30 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
  + $6.00 per hour

Base Pay

• Standard base rate:$29.00per hour
• OptionalEnhanced Pay:+$2.00per hour (for full-time employees opting out of our primary medical/dental/vision)

OurLicensed Practical Nurseinteract and support our adults in a variety of potential settings and provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every individual served by assisting and training them in the areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development. In addition, most of the people we serve have multiple physical disabilities, extensive medical complications and may require supports for challenging behaviors.This position is located in our PHMC facility that operates as a 45-50 bed location.
