State of Iowa seeks a licensed practical nurse to plan, implement, and evaluate health care for incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, documenting care, and providing emergency first aid and CPR as part of an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires strong communication and collaboration with medical personnel, adherence to policies, and the ability to document accurately in computer systems.
Available shifts Evenings and Overnights- 10 Hour Shifts on/ Every Other weekend
Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
