Job summary

Columbus Regional Health is seeking an LPN to join the Urology team in Columbus, Indiana. You will work under the direction of a provider or RN to deliver evidence-based care and perform technical treatments for an assigned patient group.

This full-time role operates 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package and base hourly rate of $21.13. Indiana LPN licensure and BLS are required within 30 days of hire. Prioritize safety, teamwork, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school upon completion of practical nurse program.
• Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse License or Multi-State Licensed Practical Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

• Columbus Regional Health Urology diagnoses and treats issues related to the urinary tract.


• The LPN under the direction of a provider or RN contributes and participates in competent, evidence-based care, and performs technical treatments in providing care to an assigned group of patients.


• The LPN participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care/interventions, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.


• The base hourly rate for this position is $21.13. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.


• This full-time position will require you to work 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
