Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an LPN program is required.
• New graduates of an accredited nursing school are eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• LPN license required; BCLS required; ACLS if ED; PALS if ED within 180 days; certifications for new specialty within 180 days.

Work Experience

• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for Preferred
• ACLS if working in Emergency Department Required and
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support if working in Emergency Department within 180 Days Required
• LPNs new to specialty will complete applicable certifications within 180 Days
