Job summary

Diamond Care Group is seeking a dedicated Home Health LPN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home health settings across Florida. The role emphasizes wound care, medication administration, and education for patients and families.

You will collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive care plans while maintaining high standards of safety and documentation. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license and in good standing.
• Proven experience as a licensed practical nurse, preferably in home health
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them
