Job summary

Hurlbut Care Communities is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to join Woodside Manor Nursing Home in Brighton, NY. Night shifts are available with weekly pay and bonuses for full-time staff who maintain excellent attendance.

You will join a family-owned network of 11 skilled nursing facilities, offering strong career development, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for clinical leadership and growth within long-term care.

Qualifications

• NYS RN or LPN nursing license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Ability to perform basic resident care and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind and compassionate care to residents.
• Perform basic resident care and treatments (e.g., dressing wounds, catheterizations).
• Administer prescribed medications, accurately recording times and amounts on residents' charts.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in residents' conditions, including responses to medications and treatments.
• Measure and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature, height, and weight.
• Answer residents' call lights promptly to assess and provide necessary assistance.
• For RNs: Perform resident assessments and provide clinical oversight using a collaborative, team-based approach.

• $3,000 for Full-Time RNs
