Schedule: 3-4 Days A Week, 12+ Hour Shifts, No On Call

We are seeking a compassionate LPN to provide care in a hospital setting, making a significant impact on patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. If you value empathetic, patient-centered care, this is the role for you.

DaVita is expanding its industry-leading clinical quality to skilled nursing facilities through DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD). This role involves working autonomously and collaborating across teams to develop and grow this new service line.

What to Expect:

• Complete ongoing patient care to ensure dialysis treatment stays on track.
• Work in conjunction with dialysis RNs.
• Work 3-4 days per week with possible travel and alternating Saturdays.
• Provide direct patient care, monitor patients, and manage complex care needs.

Position Details:

• Training includes classroom and hands-on learning.
• Hours during training: typically 32-40 hours/week.
• Support other local SNF clinics as needed.

Requirements:
