Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Behavioral Health LPN, with openings in various locations within South Carolina with the ability to work from home and within the field. The Behavioral Health LPN will be responsible for working with our Medicaid behavioral health members in completing enrollment and conducting social determinant assessments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current license to practice in South Carolina
• Experience in Behavioral Health or Mental Health Nursing
• Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
• Competence in administering medications and monitoring patient responses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
