Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC seeks a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 3:00 pm-11:30 pm shift with every other weekend and rotating Monday & Friday. The role involves direct nursing care, medication administration, and documentation in EHR/EMR within a regulated facility in New Jersey.

Requirements include an active LPN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Prior EMR experience and infection control knowledge are preferred, with adherence to HIPAA and safety

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care under supervision per policies and procedures.

• Maintain infection control, wound care, and patient safety.
• Maintain EHR/EMR documentation and communicate changes to the team.

FT Eve: 3 pm-11:30 pm w/ every other weekend and rotating Monday & Friday (Shift Differential $1.25)Position SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. LPN supports patient care activities, administers medications, monitors patient conditions, and assists with treatment plans while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
