Tygart Valley Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a PT LPN for Thursdays 7a–7p in Belington, WV. The LPN will provide basic medical care under supervision, monitor patients, and assist with daily activities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking expert and new grad nurses who will have the opportunity to collaborate with the brightest minds in healthcare. This role involves direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

• Rotating schedule (every other weekend off)
