Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Bedford, NH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for our CMC-Willowbend Family Practice. The role is full-time, with a daytime schedule on weekdays, offering a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality patient care.

You will contribute to efficient patient flow, assist with exams, manage records, coordinate tests, and support the provider with care plans and prescriptions. A valid LPN license and 2+ years in a hospital or clinic setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited school of practical nursing is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient flow of patients including screening, preparation for exam, and obtaining vitals.
• Notify patients of test results and follow-up appointments and instruct patients on medications and treatment instructions.
• Manage patient records including chart entries and posting lab/tests and examination results.
• Schedule tests and treatments including referrals to a specialist and obtaining pre-authorizations when directed by the provider.
• Assist provider with physical exams and preparation for physicals.
• Contact pharmacy to order prescriptions and notify patients.
• Control inventory and monitoring of supplies.
• Record health history of patients and note abnormal conditions for physicians.
• Respond to and screen telephone calls for referrals to nurse or physician.
• Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow

Job Summary And Qualifications

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:
