Job summary

Executive Home Care of Augusta is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role in Augusta, GA. The position emphasizes relationship-based, one-client-at-a-time care and daytime availability.

You will conduct nursing visits, monitor health, reconcile medications, educate on chronic disease management, and support care plans while mentoring the caregiving team in a veteran-owned agency dedicated to seniors living safely at home.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience (home care, geriatrics, hospice, assisted living, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred).
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug screening.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Executive Home Care of Augusta is a veteran-owned, concierge-level home care agency seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We help seniors across the CSRA maintain their independence and remain safely at home — and we do it through personalized, unhurried, relationship-based care, not a rotating caseload.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll serve as a clinical resource for our clients, caregivers, and leadership team by:
