Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is hiring an LPN at Abingdon Regional Jail in Abingdon, VA for full-time, 5:00AM-5:30PM, three days weekly, with a pay rate of $30.00 to $32.00 per hour. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living, and work under RNs and medical providers.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
