Job summary

Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment is seeking a skilled plumbing supervisor to lead maintenance teams in providing high-quality plumbing services across facilities. The role emphasizes adherence to Minnesota Plumbing Code, overseeing installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergencies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, have a Master Plumber's license, and hold a Minnesota Class D Driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must possess Minnesota Master Plumber's License and a valid Minnesota Class D Driver's license.
• Strong leadership skills to provide lead work direction and prioritize/assign duties.
• Experience in commercial plumbing or correctional facility environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing lead work and direction to maintenance personnel to meet Minnesota Plumbing Code requirements.
• Perform skilled installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and perform emergency repairs to minimize major outages.
• Monitor and modify construction plans, blueprints and plumbing specifications for the institution.
• Assist in other trade areas to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
