This role supports residential and commercial customers with adherence to public safety codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin plumbing license (Journeyman or Master).
• Residential service and repair experience: drains, water heaters, fixtures, repipes.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• ServiceTitan or similar field software experience.
• Tankless water heater and water treatment experience.
• Interest in mentoring apprentices or helpers.
• Friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to drive to various job sites throughout Wisconsin.
• Willingness to purchase the required tools if not already owned.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers, evaluate needs and make recommendations
• Services, repairs and installs plumbing equipment including but not limited to sinks, toilets, water heaters, sump pumps and boilers
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance as needed to ensure ongoing functioning of plumbing systems
• Comply with all applicable public safety codes, standards, policies and procedures, including safety practices and maintenance of a clean work area
• Perform other duties as assigned to the role
