Mighty Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking a Licensed Plumber to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. The role focuses on strong technical expertise, troubleshooting, and identifying customer needs to recommend solutions that contribute to department revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have Colorado licensure, 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber License in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing service, repair, or installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Ability to independently diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience preparing estimates and presenting repair and replacement options.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
• Ability to perform essential physical duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform plumbing service calls, repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Install and service water heaters, piping, toilets, faucets, drains, and other plumbing equipment.
• Identify plumbing concerns and recommend appropriate repair, replacement, and upgrade options.
• Prepare accurate estimates and clearly communicate solutions to homeowners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional plumbing services and promote maintenance agreements.
• Meet established performance goals for productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Complete accurate service documentation, estimates, invoices, and job records using company systems.
• Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, inventory, and service vehicles.
• Follow applicable plumbing codes, licensing requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customer care, management, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
