Job Responsibilities : Professional communication with customers, staff, and team members. Perform thorough inspections and provide accurate quotes for repairs or replacements. Complete all quoted work to a high standard. Participate in on-call assignments and staff training. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a friendly work environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Assist others and handle additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements : Lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs. Ability to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and work on ladders. Use of hand and power tools is essential.
