COMPENSATION: Competitive base pay plus SPIFFS and commissions! Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Skills & Requirements

Candidates must be able to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications and plumbing codes. Knowledge of water heaters, water conditioning, well pumps, sewer cleaning, and basic plumbing repairs is preferred. Training and certification opportunities are available.

Job Duties

• Communicate professionally with customers, staff, and coworkers.
• Conduct thorough inspections and accurate quotes.
• Complete work as quoted and participate in on-call duties.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist with duties as assigned.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs, crawling, climbing, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and working on ladders. Use of hand and power tools is necessary.
