Job summary

Treasure Valley Landscape is seeking a licensed Plant Health Care Technician to diagnose and treat plant health issues across services for Treasure Valley clients. The role includes applying herbicides, insecticides, and fertilizers to commercial landscapes in Boise, Meridian, Nampa and surrounding areas.

This full-time position offers year-round work, with winter snow and ice management at enhanced pay rates and a robust benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401K,

Qualifications

• Idaho Professional Applicator License required (OP category).
• Knowledge of local pests, diseases, and nutrient issues affecting turf, trees, and shrubs.
• Ability to safely mix and apply chemical treatments.
• Willingness to work full-time, including winter months.

Responsibilities

• Safely apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to commercial landscapes.
• Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies in turf, trees, and ornamentals.
• Calibrate, mix, and apply treatments in accordance with label requirements and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate application records.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and company vehicles.
• Provide winter support through snow and ice management operations.
