Treasure Valley Landscape in Idaho is hiring Gardeners to support our commercial maintenance division across the Treasure Valley, including Nampa. The role focuses on maintaining high-profile properties, performing weeding, pruning, planting, and bed care while upholding safety and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have experience in commercial landscaping, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Weekly pay and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscaping or garden maintenance preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to our Nampa-based yard.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-profile commercial properties with tasks including weeding, pruning, planting, and overall garden bed care.
• Support seasonal color installations and ensure landscapes are always clean and presentable.
• Collaborate with crews on irrigation checks, turf care, and sustainable maintenance practices.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
