Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited PTA program; foreign-trained must be evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Physical Therapy care plan per evaluating therapist and physician guidance.
• Perform clinical tasks, documentation, and timely communication per policy.
• Follow policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete orientation, in-services, and trainings on schedule.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
