Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents care, patient response, and changes to plan of care.
• Notifies supervising therapist/physician as appropriate.
• Maintains a safe environment and clean treatment area.
• Prepares supplies and treatment area for patients.
• Directs Rehab Techs and students, providing education as needed.
• Provides patient and family education and completes required documentation.
• Participates in department meetings and case conferences.
• Maintains knowledge to provide safe, effective care.
• Other duties as assigned.
