Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to work in outpatient and inpatient settings in Missouri. You will treat patients under a Physical Therapist’s plan, educate families, document progress, and coordinate with the care team while traveling between system facilities.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program, Missouri license (or compact upon hire), and BLS by hire date.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed PTA in Missouri or eligible for compact state license upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with care team and bill appropriately.
• Attend staff and interdisciplinary meetings as requested.
• Participate in process improvement and other duties as assigned.
