Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in California is seeking therapists to join the EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering therapy and wellness services to seniors in community settings.

You will conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with care teams, with flexible schedules and meaningful impact on residents’ independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
