Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Illinois is seeking licensed therapy professionals to provide PT/OT/SLP and wellness services to older adults within EmpowerMe 360.

You will conduct assessments, create care plans, coordinate with caregivers, and support telehealth, with a schedule designed for balance.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative spirit
• Commitment to teamwork and community engagement
