EmpowerMe Wellness in Springfield, IL is seeking licensed therapists to join EmpowerMe 360, our integrated model blending therapy, wellness, and medical care for seniors.

You’ll provide therapy and wellness services, conduct assessments, create care plans, and support care coordination to help residents live more independent and safer lives.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults
