Qualifications

• Virginia Physical Therapy License is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residents and develops treatment plans.
• Obtains approval for services from the referring physician.
• Treats residents per the physician's plan and participates in discharge planning.
• Records evaluations, treatments and charges.
• Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides and screens residents for PT benefit.
