You will evaluate residents, create treatment plans, and work within an experienced rehab team delivering PT/OT/ST services in a state-of-the-art gym to help patients return home an active life. Requirements include a Virginia Physical Therapy License and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Virginia Physical Therapy license required.
• Graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop effective treatment plans.
• Obtain approval for services from referring physician.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides; participate in discharge planning.
• Record evaluation, treatment, and charges; screen residents for PT benefits.
