Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a part-time therapy professional to support older adults across our EmpowerMe 360 program. You will provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services in senior living communities and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll conduct assessments, create care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions while helping residents maximize independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional therapy license in your discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit are required.
• Commitment to empowering seniors to stay active and independent.
