Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a dedicated therapist to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within our EmpowerMe 360 program. You will work as part of a collaborative team to assess needs and deliver individualized, evidence-based interventions aimed at increasing residents’ independence and safety.

You’ll coordinate with care teams, families, and telehealth resources to maintain seamless care.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
