Job summary

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full‑time, in‑person placements within established Iowa rehabilitation departments across multiple settings, including SNFs, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health.

Openings are in Denison, Pocahontas, Spirit Lake and other Iowa markets. Candidates must hold an Iowa DPT and license (or be eligible), be able to work full‑time, and may qualify for relocation assistance or sign‑on bonuses at select sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited DPT program.
• Active Iowa PT license or eligibility/pending licensure.
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Iowa markets.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing/medical teams.
• Supervise and partner with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards.
• Promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Multiple Rehabilitation Settings – Multiple Iowa Locations

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full‑time, in‑person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Iowa. These are full‑time, direct‑hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Physical Therapists (PTs). If you are not a PT, please do not apply.

Our openings include positions in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

• additional Iowa markets
