This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Physical Therapists (PTs). If you are not a PT, please do not apply.

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Colorado. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PT positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include positions in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Current PT openings available in:

• Denver, Glenwood Spring, Pueblo, and additional Colorado markets.

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapists working within a rehabilitation department.

This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, or therapy aide position.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $42-52/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience)
